Spotify Wrapped 2023 Unveils Their Top-Streamed Artist

Spotify has revealed that Taylor Swift is their Most-streamed artist according to the Wrapped campaign for 2023. ‘Flowers’ by Miley Cyrus is the most-streamed number.
As November concluded, Spotify has come out with their most inclusive list where they mention every artist and how many plays they have gained during these 12 months. Alongside their music segments, they also have included albums and podcasts to celebrate artists from every genre. But, in 2023, the pack is being led by Taylor Swift surpassing Bad Bunny and becoming the most-streamed artist of 2023 on Spotify. Swift has got over 26.1 million streams this year. Along with her and Bad Bunny, there are artists like Drake, Morgan Wallen, and the Weeknd. Apart from her, her new boyfriend Travis Kelce’s podcast, “New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce,” was the top-streamed global sports podcast of 2023.
To celebrate Swift’s victory Spotify has unveiled 21 puzzle pieces on billboards across the globe 48 hours prior to the big news. This distribution of puzzle pieces included countries like São Paulo and Jakarta, teasing her impressive accomplishment in 2023. These enthralling Easter eggs have culminated in a video that nods to the benchmarks in the Swift-verse. While Swift has been the top-streamed artist on the other hand ‘Flowers’ by Miley Cyrus was the most streamed number of 2023. This impressive release of poetry of self-healing might have been more cathartic for listeners than any other songs released in 2023. The song has 1.6 billion streams on this number. As per the records of the 1st of January 2023, Spotify had 574 million listeners.
Bad Bunny’s album ‘Un Verano Sin Ti’ has the most number of streams. Though Bad Bunny has been stripped of his pinnacle position as the top-streamed artist after being in that position for 3 consecutive years, this is the second time his album has the most number of streams on Spotify. And ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ has the most streamed podcast of 2023. Apart from these top-streamed factors, Spotify has brought some new features as well.
